Multiplier events confirmed clearness and usefulness of Smart Hospitality project results
Project Smart Hospitality results were disseminated and evaluated by hospitality adult educators and sector participants during Multiplier events arranged in October 2021 in Estonia, Tenerife (Spain), Greece and Lithuania.
In the last month of project Smart Hospitality duration the project and its main results were presented to target groups - hospitality adult educators and employees of hospitality entities seeking to assess if the project idea and main results were clear and useful for practical implementation. The main results of the project are Smart Hospitality learning programme with 6 modules and variety of virtual tools and Smart Hospitality Self-Assessment virtual tool iHsat dedicated to hospitality business profitability improvement.
COVID-19 conditions destined, that Multiplier events were arranged in face-to-face and online modes, keeping strong pandemic requirements. However, targets of events were achieved, project and deliverables presented. Participants taken part in assessment of project results, which can give the ground to say, that project Smart Hospitality idea, Learning programme and Self-Assessment tools are clear and useful for adult learning and business practical Self-Improvement.
